PRESS AREA SUPERVISOr

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications within Water Jet and Press Department
- Develop, recommend, and implement improvements to increase productivity and/or reduce costs
- Responsible for ensuring team is achieving overall production goals
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment when issues arise within Water Jet and Press Department
- Resolves manpower, material, and equipment issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects as they come through work area
COMPENTENCIES:
- Proven ability to effectively lead a group of people to meet quality, and production standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills
- A pattern of initiative leadership
- Working knowledge of Water Jet and/or a Press Department
- Mechanical background a must
CNC Machinist

MRG is currently looking for a talented CNC Machinist to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Select, aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and material on machines such as mills, lathes, grinders, and shapers
- Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data
- Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunction or out-of-tolerance conditions
- Fits and assembles parts into complete assembly
- Inspect work using standard precision gauges (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)
- Adjust settings and certify dimensional conformance or assembly alignment
- Change “standard” cutting tools and reset machine(s) to proper size
COMPENTENCIES:
- Prefer at least 5 years of experience working in a machining environment with large envelope CNC machines and bridge mills
- Proficient with Mastercam
- Strong with GD&T
- Experience with AS9100 is a plus
- Detail orientated
MANUFACTURING PROJECT COORDINATOR

MRG is currently looking for a talented Manufacturing Project Coordinator to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Development, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing) for the planning and execution of the projects
- Production planning to include developing, tracking, updating, and reporting on the project to key stakeholders
- Conducting post project review for future projects
- Knowledge of assembly procedures and processes
- Develop an understanding of customer specs and requirements
- Manage inventory and ensure parts are ordered timely to ensure on time delivery
- Prepare parts for shipping confirming all required paperwork has been obtained and quality standards have been met and signed off
COMPENTENCIES:
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of related work experience
- Technical knowledge and ability in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e., excel, word
- Detailed, results orientated
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exposure to aerospace requirements/environments a plus.
QUOTING SPECIALIST

MRG is currently looking for a talented Quoting Specialist to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Provide quotations for key account projects
- Prepare cost estimates of projects, tools or other equipment requested for bid requests using software and spreadsheets
- Interact with engineers, purchasing and leads to determine process and cost information in preparation for the proposal
- Manage the quotations/proposal projects to ensure all supporting documentation is received and all proposals are submitted within the specified guidelines
- Knowledge of CNC machining, general fabrication, dies and fixtures
- Develop an understanding of customer specs and requirements
- Acquire a sense of MRG Tool and Die capabilities
- Obtain knowledge of outsides processes
COMPENTENCIES:
- Ability to read and interpret bid documents, specifications and drawings
- Previous work experience monitoring and controlling bids and quotes
QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

MRG is currently looking for a talented Quality Control Technician to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Familiarity and/or programming of CMM (Preferred experience with Zeiss Calypso)
• Perform inspections across various stages of production.
• Inspect parts and audit products according to quality and process standards. Inspection can be performed through visual, layout, dimensional, or non-destructive tests.
• Ensure the compliance or report non-conforming parts/procedures.
• Provides support to production, identifies problems in manufacturing & assembly process, communicate within the team to provide solutions.
• Train operators in the best quality practices.
• In-house verification of inspection equipment.
• Contribute to improving quality through quality improvement plans.
• Assist in the investigation and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Assist in gathering data, compiling information, and assisting management in the development of metrics and reports.
• Maintain inspection reports, first article/final inspections, and QMS documentation.

- Inspection of precision machined parts including reading blueprints, material, and part specifications, and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Experience with Metrology software (Calypso, Polyworks)
- Must have prior knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting GD&T.
- Proven knowledge of micrometers, calipers, digital height gages, go/no-go gages, thread pitch gages, etc.
- Basic understanding of a quality systems (QMS), documentation, and implementation to ISO/AS9100 Standards.
